Nature of the service

Korsaa ApS provides independent professional advisory services related to project governance, sponsor control, project risk, stakeholder alignment and project performance.

The service may include access to digital material, written observations, online review sessions and advisory recommendations.

The service is intended for business and professional use only and is not offered as consumer advice.

Advisory role and client responsibility

Korsaa ApS provides advice, observations and recommendations based on the information made available by the client.

The client remains solely responsible for all management decisions, project decisions, commercial decisions, legal decisions, technical decisions, implementation actions and communication to internal or external stakeholders.

Korsaa ApS does not assume the role of project manager, programme director, supplier, legal advisor, financial advisor, technical architect, auditor or decision-maker unless explicitly agreed in writing.

No guarantee of project outcome

Korsaa ApS does not guarantee any specific project outcome, financial result, delivery date, risk reduction, supplier performance, stakeholder reaction or business benefit.

Any recommendations are intended to support better decision-making, governance insight and sponsor control, but the effect of such recommendations depends on the client’s context, decisions, implementation and organizational conditions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Korsaa ApS shall not be liable for indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity, loss of goodwill, loss of data, project delay, cost overrun or third-party claims arising from the client’s use of the service.

Korsaa ApS’ total aggregate liability for any claim related to the service shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

Third-party reliance

The service is provided solely for the client’s internal professional use.

No third party may rely on the material, advice, observations or recommendations without prior written agreement from Korsaa ApS.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Danish law.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the service shall be subject to the courts of Denmark, unless mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.
