The challenge has changed!

In the last century, the Industrial Revolution was governed by successful principles based on Taylor's principles. But in recent years, these principles have failed to deliver the level of control and predictability we expect. 

It came sneaking, so we hardly noticed, but the challenge has changed!

Taylor was optimizing the way unmotivated employees were performing predictable tasks. Efficiency was king.
Today's challenge is optimizing how highly motivated employees solve unpredictable tasks. Resilience is king.
